5) No. Fruit has a high sugar content for the most part. Vegetables tend to keep my blood sugar more stable.





6) Other than self-imposed, no. I just know what foods make my body feel best and help me maintain proper weight

10) I love exotic fruit like lychees and rambutans, but I find the fiber in an apple helps me stay more satisfied and keeps me from getting hungry

12) Not especially important. Organically grown vegetables and fruit are not much different than non-organic if they are produced commercially





13) I prefer an individual portion because it won't tempt me to eat it again later if I take it home
