How to do a dragonfly survey? *need a link*?

I'm looking for a resource that clearly explains how to perform a dragonfly survey. Specifically, I'm looking for a materials and methods section in a journal article that outlines a good procedure. However, most research articles that I've come across cannot be accessed. Anybody know of any reference that could be used?
